Privacy Policy

scheduleUpdated June 5, 2026 - teele.kleanflow.us/privacy

This sample privacy policy explains what the store and KleanFlow collect to run pickup and delivery. Prototype copy only; no real personal data is collected in this demo.

constructionSample legal text for a prototype; not legal advice and not a binding agreement.

1. What we collect

To run a pickup, the app needs a name, phone number, pickup address, access notes, order history, selected windows and handoff style.

2. Pickup and delivery photos

Drivers take proof photos at pickup and delivery showing the bag handoff. Photos are attached to the order and used to confirm the stop.

3. Relay phone numbers

Driver calls and texts are intended to run through a relay so real phone numbers stay masked. Access notes are masked on the operator side and expire after the stop.

4. How we use it

Information is used to schedule routes, complete pickup and delivery, process payment for the weighed amount, and send order updates. It is not sold.

5. Data retention

Order details and proof photos are retained for store records for a limited period. Access codes are discarded after the stop. This prototype stores nothing.

6. Payments

Card payments are handled by Square. KleanFlow and the store do not store full card numbers. Prototype payment screens are Sandbox placeholders.

7. Sharing

The driver receives only what is needed to complete the stop. Overflow courier partners receive the minimum details needed to complete a delivery.

8. Your choices

Customers can edit saved contact details, adjust notifications, and request account deletion from the Account section once that flow is implemented.
